Calvin's mohawk got so long that his Mommy had to cut it this weekend.

How's he supposed to rock without that hair, Mommy?

Aivy and Calvin had a great time at their friend Akello's birthday party.

Akello just turned two on Saturday. His party rocked, too.

Aivy is here giving a sense of scale to Daddy's summer project-- the great playhouse/garden shed whose construction Mommy wanted to document.

This playhouse is going to have a loft with a clerestory. Pretty swank.

The schoolhouse of rock is nearly complete.



To celebrate, Aivy decided to compose a piece on Akello's drums.
