Aivy and her old man went down to Corpus to visit with Grandma, Grandpa, and Ryan Whitworth. Linh and Calvin stayed back in Austin to guard the new playhouse from intruders.
Since Daddy took the camera with him, I'm afraid there are no Calvin pix this week. We'll be sure and make up for it next week.

Aivy had a great time and got to experience a number of "firsts." Here she is touching her first fish. Now we have an aquarium at home, mind you, but she's never seen a live fish get caught with a net and pulled from the sea. It blew her mind.

She got a chance to play alot of games with her Grandma and Grandpa.
These next few photos just show the many facets of our dear Stinkerbell.

Ryan captured Aivy's first attempt at swimming. She did great. I was surprised at how quickly she overcame her fear of water. I had tried taking her swimming in Austin earlier in the summer but she didn't go for it. After about 10 minutes, she was swimming like one of these...

We went to the Texas State Aquarium this weekend. This was yet another first for Aivy.

She was kinda tired, so we just hung out, munched on some food, and looked at fish.

Mmmm, those crackers look great, Aivy, what are they?

AAAAHHH! Goldfish! You can't get enough of these things, can you? When are you going to ask for a pair of Aquaman Underroos like your old man had (do they sell those things anymore?)?

Aivy got a chance to play with her cousin, Kaydence (okay so they're second cousins or something like that).

They hung out and ate food that made their parents gasp and their grandmothers giggle.
And this didn't happen in Corpus nor does it have anything to do with fish, but it's still hilarious.
