A Case of the Uglies

I guess the kids had enough of being cute over the holidays and decided to devote themselves to being ugly this week.

Maybe ugly is the wrong word. Maybe disgusting is more like it. Calvin doesn't just like to eat avocados, he likes to wear them as well.



And just to add to his overall Shrek impersonation, Linh decided to try to get him to snort and sniff.

Aivy was able to pick up on her mom's lead quite nicely.

When Aivy snorts, she likes to pull in the end of her nose. It's pretty funny looking. This is face she makes when she is asked to make an ugly face. You can see her snaggle-toothed grin here as well.



As if these photos weren't ugly enough, Aivy decided to run around like a knucklehead.

The kids' only saving grace came when Linh's aunt and cousins came over to visit. Here they look halfway...normal.



But don't be decieved. They are still doing whatever they can to keep Austin weird.
