Aivy spent New Year's day with her old friends Amy and Sparky.
And most importantly, her good friend Jasper.
Then we decided to just chill out on the couch. We hadn't done that since before Thanksgiving. It was really nice.
Of course Aivy decided to take it a step farther and started just throwing herself on the floor when things didn't go her way. We're hoping that she unlearns this habit.
So we decided to introduce her to flowers.
She seems to love flowers. And she doesn't even have to destroy them to love them.
All this sweet behavior wouldn't last long, though.
She's trying to make a break for it.
Nonetheless, Aivy's mom decided that she wanted to work on Aivy's little brother-to-be's room.
She enlisted the efforts of our next door neighbor, Forrest, to help us with Calvin's room.
And it's turning out pretty darn good so far.
Aivy seemed to think so.
