It finally rained in Central Texas!
Which, of course, meant going outside to look for toads, lizards, and assorted mud critters.
And staying inside to watch movies.
Last month they got a chance to see the circus for the first time.
I think that Barnum and Bailey Circus really stepped up their game from the time when I was a kid.
But they didn't get their faces painted at the circus or by a local hippie. That was done by an elderly Iranian lady in the neighborhood who did it for National Night Out. We've got a really great group of neighbors.
